Players are able to craft house and boat plans with the Inscription skill. Players require at least 70% Inscription, however with a higher skill percentage you have more chance of successfully creating a plan and have the ability to create larger plans.
To craft a Plan, select the Inscription skill in the Skills Gump and go to “Others” and select “Architects Plan”.
When you successfully create a plan it can be converted into a deed by filling it with the required materials. The house part materials will require Mining, Lumberjacking, Carpentry, Tinkering and Alchemy to produce.
